Going from a UK Working Holiday visa to being granted residency felt like an unachievable goal but that turned out to be far from the reality with Paul, Sejoo and Nadia. From going through my documents and profile in great detail to ensure the initial application was as strong as could be to proactively topping up my information with further evidence that I provided each month, I simply can't fault the service provided to me.

This care made a stressful process far more manageable and I am very thankful for this. Will be returning in 2 years to get the team to do my Permanent Residency also!
