Paul is the Manager of Turner Hopkins Services Limited, providing immigration advice across a wide range of Visa categories, with a specialisation in partnership cases. Achieving a successful outcome, whilst ensuring clients feel secure and at ease with the process are Paul’s key skills.

Paul holds a full Immigration Advisers Licence (200800705) and has twice served on the Immigration Advisors Authority reference group, which provides feedback to the industry and Government in respect of best practices for licensed advisers.

Outside of the office, Paul admits to being an amateur DIY enthusiast, avid lover of music and technology and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Sejoo joined us in January 2024, a recent graduate of the first stage of the Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice. Originally from Korea, Sejoo has extensive experience in navigating the New Zealand immigration process, having done the application process for himself.

He is passionate about helping migrants to settle in New Zealand and reach their full potential. Sejoo also speaks Korean, Tagalog (Filipino), adding further language expertise to the team.

Outside of the office, Sejoo spends most of his time travelling around New Zealand with his friends, exploring (and enjoying) all the country has to offer.

Carly Xu - Consultant Support

Carly has inside knowledge of the visa process, having worked with Immigration New Zealand in their Shanghai Branch as a Support Officer. This experience built her knowledge of immigration processes and policy and ignited her dream to explore this beautiful country by herself.

Carly graduated from the University of Otago with a master’s degree in teaching and learning (ECE) with distinction. Carly is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Japanese and clearly, she is passionate about language because she believes when you speak to a person in their own language, you speak to their heart.  Carly is looking forward to supporting people as they pursue their dreams of moving to New Zealand, with her professional knowledge, passion and language skills.

Outside of the office, Carly enjoys reading and spending time at the beach with friends.
