Eligibility Assessment
Our assessment questionnaire is designed to gather as much information as is required to determine your eligibility. We only ask for the details we need as part of a potential Visa application, however it is really important that you provide as much information as you can.
Our form is also responsive, so will change and adapt based on previous questions. You can also save and resume the form at a later stage. The form should take between 15 and 20 minutes to complete.

Within the form you will be asked for the following information:
Personal details for you and any family members you wish to include.
Health and character information.
Qualifications and work experience details (as well as a copy of your CV).
Once you have completed the form and submitted the details to us, we will send you a confirmation and then be in contact with you directly (within two business days). If we require further information we will let you know.
