Permanent Resident Visa - Partnership

Throughout what was an exceptionally challenging partner permanent resident visa application, made even more complex by medical conditions, the service provided by Paul Janssen and the team at Turner Hopkins was nothing short of outstanding.

From the very beginning, Paul demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication.

Parent EOI and Residence

We have worked with Paul for almost seven years, and he has assisted us with both our work visas and, more recently, our parents’ residency visas.

Paul has always been incredibly approachable and available whenever we needed advice or reassurance throughout the process. I’m not sure how he manages it, but he always seems to be ready to help and provide guidance when it matters most.

Visitor Visa (Special Direction)

What did we do well?
Very good communication given the time difference as i was in the UK when applying.

Great at gathering information and made process clear and easy.

What could we improve?
Nothing

Partner Work & Resident Visa

Going from a UK Working Holiday visa to being granted residency felt like an unachievable goal but that turned out to be far from the reality with Paul, Sejoo and Nadia. From going through my documents and profile in great detail to ensure the initial application was as strong as could be to proactively topping up my information with further evidence that I provided each month, I simply can't fault the service provided to me.

Student & Visitor Visa

I cannot fault the current process which has successfully achieved the Student Visa applications sought. The Team at Turner Hopkins professionally highlighted any risks in the process and addressed any concerns at the time.

AEWV - Pathway to Residence

The communication, guidance and speed of the process was amazing.

Paul was always on hand to help with regular updates and even late night / early morning last minute calls.

Really professional but personable.

Partner - Permanent Residence

Paul and Nadia have gone above and beyond to support us throughout the entire process, and I can't recommend them enough. Nothing is ever to much trouble, Paul and Nadia have reassured us with any worries or concerns all the way through.

Active Investor Plus

Paul was every bit the experienced and expert guide I hoped he would be. He provided clear direction in writing and verbally about what documentation and "evidence" I needed to provide for my visa application.
