Before you start

Eligibility and application requirements.

Licensed immigration advisers must have held their IAA licence for at least two years at the date of application. Full Membership is for individuals only.
  1. Complete all relevant sections of this application.
  2. Provide the supporting documentation listed below, including a signed and dated letter from one professional referee.
  3. Applications are subject to a 10-working-day member objection period and normally take approximately three business weeks to complete.

  3. Cease using your membership certificate and discontinue using the Association's name and logo in any publicity material if my membership lapses for whatever reason.
  4. That any personal information provided by me may be held, used, and disclosed in the following manner:
    1. To enable the Association to administer and maintain my membership and to provide me with all of its membership services and benefits.
    2. To enable others to access information on me for the purpose of considering the use of my services, or to provide me with advice and information concerning products and services which the Association believes may be of interest or benefit to me.
