Paul was very understanding and knowledgeable in guiding me and holding my hand every step of the way and has managed to make the process not only easy but enjoyable! He is thorough, methodical, thoughtful and caring.

He carefully planned out our journey and spaced various applications out thoughtfully. When I’ve had questions or concerns Paul has dealt with these logically, quickly and with care.
